【SYNOPSIS】
Yubari, Hokkaido. Surrounded by rich nature, this city was the target of a new plan by the dark organization Golgom. They planned to build the Gorgom Imperial City here and establish a major base for their global domination. The plan was steadily progressing under the leadership of the Century King Shadow Moon, but Dr. Makino, an urban planning expert who was being used by Gorgom, escaped. Kotaro sensed something unusual in Yubari after saving Makino. Kotaro's bad premonition came true in Yubari. While building a city, Golgom was reviving monsters that had been defeated in the past one after another. The ghost monsters were the spirits of humans and monsters merging into one. Kotaro is in agony, unable to do anything to help them, because if he fights back, he will injure the people monsters merged with. Then, the Century King Shadow Moon slowly appears before his eyes...
